Professor Rafał Rola is an experienced neurologist and neurophysiologist working for over 20 years in renowned scientific institutions.
He received his PhD in neurophysiology from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2003.
He obtained his specialization in neurology during his residency at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, where he then obtained his habilitation degree. he was the head of the 1st Department of Neurology and headed the subunit of Diagnostics and Treatment of Drug-Resistant Epilepsy.
Since 2014, he has been the head of the Neurology Clinic of the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine.
He has been cooperating with neurosurgeons in the field of intraoperative neurophysiology for over 10 years.
Since 2020, he has been a consultant at the Neurosurgery Clinic of the National Institute of Oncology.
He gained clinical experience during numerous internships abroad, including: at the Epileptology Clinic of the Medical University of Bonn under the supervision of Professor Christian Elger.
It offers consultations in the field of neurology with particular emphasis on epilepsy, brain tumors, polyneuropathy, mononeuropathy, neuromuscular diseases, headaches, spinal pain syndromes and tetany.
